Foundation Programs
Our Focus
The Paskenta Nomlaki Foundation welcomes grant submissions from local and/or Indigenous 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations that reflect our shared values, to build a growing, self-sufficient, and thriving future by strengthening the health, safety, education, and partnerships of our local and Indigenous communities. The Foundation offers support to organizations and efforts that strive to evolve and move in community with one another.
Types of Grants
Application review is conducted quarterly, depending on our review schedule. Please be aware that grants are distributed before the conclusion of each quarter, and responses may take up to 90 days. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we go through our thoughtful review and request fulfillment process.
We offer two types of grants: Monetary and Prize.
Monetary Grants
Our monetary grant can be awarded up to a maximum amount of $5,000 per application, the total amount awarded will be based upon the alignment with our mission and values.
We do not provide funding for recurring expenses, and any future requests by the same applicant must be for different projects.
Prize and Auction Donations
Our prize and auction donation grant offers a maximum of $350 in prize donations, for the sole use of auctions or raffles that aim to advance the local community development through education.
Items available for prize and auction donations requests per application include slot play, dinners, rounds of golf, or a night stay.
Who is eligible to apply?
Applicants eligible to apply must be a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization located in the North State region whose efforts align with our mission and values, and/or directly support our fellow Indigenous communities.
Please Note: Grants will not be made for individuals, racing events or vehicles, and sporting or entertainment events (unless directly supporting higher education).
